Abiola Ogundokun never beat his mother - Ebenezer OBEY
Evangelist (Professor) Ebenezer OBEY-Fabiyi (MFR) famously called "The Chief Commander" or "Ebenezer Obey or "Baba Miliki" is a legend of Juju Music in Africa. The widely traveled award winning music genius and inventor of Juju Miliki is not just an ordinary musician but one gifted with the knowledge of scripting and singing highly philosophical songs that change lives of many people for good, across the world. OBEY has released over a thousand musical works on marriage, hard work, good manners, money, fame, envy, wisdom, faith and life style. He is synonymous with good dance-able and thought provoking tracks in his albums. In his early 70s (76 precisely), the grand commander of Juju Miliki turned Evangelist of our Lord Jesus Christ has made his mark in the Nigerian entertainment sector and his effort is crowned with a Member of the Federal Republic (MFR) national honor by the Federal Government of Nigeria. In one of his famous albums 'EDA TO MOSE OKUNKUN' Obey had a number on 'MOTHERS' and why it is not a good thing for a son to lay hands on his mother (or father as the case may be). However, during a famous battle between Oba Abdulrasheed Adewale Akanbi (Telu 1) the Oluwo of Iwo Kingdom in Osun State (South West Nigeria) and one of his prominent chiefs, High Chief Abiola Ogundokun (Obanla of Iwo Kingdom), agents of the Oba three jibes at Chief Ogundokun, claiming that he once beat up his mother for chastising him over an alleged abomination committed by him against his daughter.Ogundokun's accusers went further, saying it was due to Ogundokun's irresponsible act that Commander Ebenezer OBEY who is a good friend of Chief Ogundokun severed relationship with him and equally rendered the number, to speak against Ogundokun's alleged ill act to his mother. But the story was never substantiated.Since the allegations started in 2016, both OBEY and Ogundokun have refused to react to the greasy gist.
