Annotations added for more info, as with the last video video.!!!OMGSPOILERSSPOILERSPSOILERSOMG!!!Libranex is actually his ORIGINAL English name; the monster's name in the final version of the English Dragon Quest Monsters Joker 2 is "Rigor Mortex".Libranex is fought as the boss of the Dark World in both vanilla and Professional versions of Joker 2, serving as the game's true final boss, but he's built a little differently in each version. In vanilla, Libranex has Tactical Genius, and therefore acts 1-3 times; in Professional, he instead has Double Trouble, so he'll always act twice. In addition, in vanilla, Libranex knows the spell Kafrizzle, but he no longer has it in Professional. No matter which version you're playing, though, he's not as difficult as he could be; there's a couple of issues:First is the fact that he is NOT Poisonproof - his resistance to Poison is instead 0.5x, so he can take about 5% of his HP in damage every round in addition to however much you're doing to him. Second is that for some, unfathomable reason, the developers gave him Foot Dragger, meaning sometimes he'll only get to act once, or even more rarely, not at all. Third, unlike Leonyx, Libranex has no way to dispell any buffs besides "Buff"/"Kabuff" (he doesn't know "Disruptive Wave", nor does he have the trait).Really, Libranex's challenge depends on how often he gets to act twice; he doesn't have many skills, but the ones he knows hit pretty hard or can screw up your team. "Rivers" (real name: "Unnatural Order") switches everyone's turn order as well as (I believe) the priority of all skills, so that monsters with lower Agility go before ones with more, monsters with Last Word act before ones with Early Bird, Mercurial Thrust goes AFTER skills with normal priority, and so on. He also has the trait "Poisonous", which has a chance of inflicting Poison on anyone that physically attacks him, which you basically have to, as Libranex also has "Bouncer", which reflects any and all spells - even Magic Burst, which I unfortunately learned during one take.In vanilla, all that's left after beating Libranex is Wi-Fi. In Professional, you need to go beat up or scout the giant bosses if you haven't already, in order to access Professional's exclusive second story that takes place in another world.
