Eternal Journey with Sensei (The Song of Our Vow) - English Ver.

This song expresses the shared vow of mentor and disciple where the Soka Gakkai youth throughout the world vow to continue striving together with their mentor, Daisaku Ikeda (whom they fondly refer to as Ikeda Sensei), for all times. They resolve to ceaselessly forge ahead on the eternal journey for world peace and the happiness of humanity that Ikeda Sensei embarked upon sixty years ago, on October 2, 1960, in response to his mentor’s dreams. Created in collaboration with youth representatives around the world, the song commemorates the 60th anniversary of October 2, World Peace Day. The lyrics describe the opening and closing chapters of the biographical novel The New Human Revolution.
