Then we happened to come across this beautiful camel trying her best to let the baby out, but was facing some trouble. This very gentleman, the nomad saw it and told that he would help her. He would pull it out once he saw the face of the baby. As the hoofs and the nose appeared, the experienced nomad very carefully pulled out the baby without the harassing the mother. He even cleaned the baby for her. The camel dairy industry of india is flourishing at its best. Hereby people of Rayka community who almost dropped rearing camels are now again up with their herds of camels. From Punjab-Haryana borders to Rajasthan and Rajasthan to Gujarat. Earlier the price of camels’ milk was not fair enough for the owners to sustain. But now due to e-commerce and social media marketing with health conscious people all around; people even get ₹100/ Litre for their camel’s milk.
