Two Rescued, Two Killed In Fiery Four-Car Crash In La Mirada

05.29.2020 | 5:37 PM | LA MIRADA - Two people were rescued by deputies but another two were dead after a fiery four-car crash, Friday evening.A Los Angeles Sheriff's Department motor officer witnessed a fiery crash involving a blue Toyota Tundra, a silver Dodge Challenger, and two other vehicles at the intersection of Imperial Highway and 1st Avenue around 5:37 PM.The motor deputy immediately requested the help of additional deputies and firefighter paramedics while working to pull victims from the vehicles that were becoming engulfed in flames.Deputies successfully rescued two victims from the crash but another two were trapped by the flames.Both trapped victims were later pronounced deceased on scene.Two other victims were transported to area hospitals in varying conditions.For video licensing and use contact [email protected]
